Your Impactful Role
The Engagement Manager will lead strategic efforts to enhance employee engagement, drive organizational development, and create a thriving workplace culture. This role is responsible for overseeing rewards and recognition programs, training initiatives, onboarding processes, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, and AIDET customer service programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Rewards & Recognition Programs
- Develop and manage a comprehensive rewards and recognition strategy to foster employee engagement and retention.
- Evaluate and implement innovative recognition programs to celebrate employee achievements and milestones.
- Collaborate with leadership to align recognition efforts with organizational objectives.
Training Initiatives
- Design, implement, and assess employee training programs to support professional development and operational excellence.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtual, across various organizational levels.
- Partner with department leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
Onboarding
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped for success from day one.
- Develop and update onboarding materials to align with organizational culture and values.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)
- Lead DEIB initiatives, fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace environment.
- Partner with leadership to integrate DEIB principles into organizational policies and practices.
- Design and deliver programs to promote awareness and understanding of DEIB concepts.
AIDET Customer Service Programs
- Manage and enhance the implementation of AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You) principles across the organization.
- Provide training and resources to support excellent customer service experiences.
- Monitor program effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Manage team members and resources dedicated to engagement, training, and recognition programs.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to staff, fostering professional growth and development.
- Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; however, comparable experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in organizational development, employee engagement, or a related field.
- Proven track record in implementing successful DEIB initiatives and engagement programs.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS and LMS platforms.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
Physical Demands
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and communicate effectively.
- The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
- The work environment is primarily office-based, with moderate noise levels.
- Occasional travel may be required for training or organizational initiatives.
