Your Impactful Role
The focus of the POM Marketing Representative is to support the efforts of the Work Comp team to increase Peachtree occupational medicine revenue by building and strengthening relationships with referral sources (which include employers, adjusters, and TPA’s). The marketing representative will reach out to customer leads through cold calling and will establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Success for Marketing Coordinator will be demonstrated by an increase in POM work comp volume and revenue, and by meeting activity goals.
  • Demonstrate a full understanding of the Peachtree Occupational Medicine and Peachtree Orthopedics brands and offerings (to include ancillary service lines such as MRI, PT)
  • Represent POM at a wide variety of work-comp related functions
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling new businesses
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon activity targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Supply weekly status reports using CRM
  • Maintain client databases
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback 
  • Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Sales and Marketing, particularly in a B2B environment
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, internet research, and mobile device usage
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, OR
  • One to two years of relevant experience and/or training, OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Marketing and sales experience with strong written and verbal communication skills
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports and business correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to use CRM to track activity. Computer, email, internet and mobile-device savvy.
